How I Work

Two practices, one purpose

Food and movement are equal partners in the way I work with clients — each reinforcing the other toward the same goal: a body that feels grounded, balanced, and ready for what comes next.

Qi Gong

Qi gong is an ancient practice that integrates physical postures, breath, and mental intention to refine the body's balance and energy. Regular practice tunes movement, breath, and energy to work together harmoniously.

In addition to food suggestions, I often include qi gong to reinforce the nutritional advice I offer — supporting the way you move, breathe, and hold yourself each day.

Food Energetics

Food is energy, and each food offers unique energetics to our bodies. Each has a specific energy, directionality, thermal nature, taste, color, and corresponds to specific organs — I help you harness that energy for the issues you're experiencing.

An initial one‑on‑one session lasts around 1.5 hours, focused on your current lifestyle, what you're eating, and how it's prepared — so you can make discerning choices at home and while dining out.
